The practice of using social media will only increase, as mobile devices become more widespread and technology improves. It is increasingly difficult for companies to stand before a rising tide of social media.

As the old saying goes: “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.” The smart strategy would be to embrace this movement, and use it as a way to connect co-workers for “business-related things.”
